Dear Sir ,

I had ported my Idea number to Airtel two months before .

Number : 8606986258

But from today morning my same Airtel number is deactivated for non-paying the pervious network provider ( IDEA ) outstanding payment  of Rs.75 .

But yesterday evening I had already paid the outstanding amount .

For last two weeks my home was in the containment zone due to Covid outbreak  and I was not able go out from the home . Yesterday was the containment removed .

Yesterday morning I got the call from Airtel about the last network provider outstanding amount payment and I made the payment in the evening .

Today morning my sim deactivated and in the Airtel application my number is showing as invalid number .

I had already paid Rs 300 in advance to Airtel .  That amount is not valid and seems like gone .

What about the excess amount paid by me.

That number is my official number and losing it will cost too much problem to me  . I was using that number from last 6 years  .

Please go through the payment receipt and Kindly do the needful .
