I have terminated my Airtel broadband connection two months ago pertaining to bad customer service.
I had paid advance rental of 6 months before and thought they will fix the service. But after 17 days of wait to fix the service i cancelled the connection.
Two months over and still not received my refund. No place to complaint also.
