Airtel connection :-

I have one number and airtel had ask me to pay 1700 RS but when i complaint why this bill is higher rather then normal routing bill first they dont have explanation and then they asked for AMAZON PRIME i said but have you sent any confirmation where i accept to pay this charges ,They dont have , When i do a port request they said ok will levied in 48HRS .

But they suspend the number without calling me how much i have to pay the bill before 48 hrs ..By suspension of Number i had many issues due to this my daughter had to wait for CAB to 1 hrs on road to contact driver. i can’t contact to anyone during this time and this gave me a mental pressure

NOW when i came to know that airtel suspend this number just because of 203 Rs and for which they didnt called me that you have 24 hrs to pay else your number will be suspended , I am using this connection from long time but they dont care about relation ship.

NOW they asking to pay 203 first then we activate your number i said why not you open the connection and gave me proper time to pay …Why customer to sufffer .

Very pathetic service very rude behavior also the ticket how can someone closed without providing customer resolution …I am also in service industry i have never seen such a rude way of customer relationship..
