Dear Sir

Now a days Iam facing a big problem about recharge of my mobile phone. Im using Airtel from more than 5 years. The problem is now Airtel ask their customers to recharge is mandatory every month. So what if I don’t have money every month to recharge. They are always give me msg that my incoming and outgoing will be stop if I don’t recharge. It’s my question why I have to bound about recharge. Pls do something other wise I can’t afford this..
