Text of Complaint by Darpan Anand:

One of the sales representatives from Airtel, Haldwani Area (PIN 263139) contacted me and took registration & full payment in advance for 3 months Broadband connection, however the Airtel team has not come up yet to install the connection.

I am chasing various teams but there are no responses yet from Airtel employees. Sales agent is not even answering my calls or messages.

Is it a way of cheating the general public and looting money from them by these private companies ? I need an immediate solution to this issue on high priority.

Also please take immediate strict action against the sales agent from Airtel. Please find below details for your reference and attached payment receipts made directly into Airtel’s Account.
