I received a Airtel bill for month March 2019 in which an amount of Rs 999/- is added for third party contents etc for which I have never requested.
Secondly I am making complaints for poor net speed since last more than 8 months but nothing is resolved. Net speed remain 0.5 to 4mbps instead of 5mbps as per bill plan.
It s request to remove additiònal charges and stove speed issue.

Hi.. the same thing happened to me and it turned out the third party charges were towards amazon prime video which was free for an year and many have subscribed cos it was free and now it’s payback time lol…
I’m guessing same has happened for you as well.
I am seeing the same in my bill. Line added for third party content charges for 999/-
How can Airtel charge so much with out subscribers consent.
This is unacceptable!!!!
I am also a recipient of third part content charges (Rs 999) in Nov statement & my number is switched off since 5th Aug. its really ridiculous, if anybody has got a waiver / respite for this, pls update.
Hi i too got the same charges incurred on my bill this month, i dont know anything about this.
Without my consent how can you do such things.
If anybody got the resolution for this , please help for me.
