Text of Complaint by BIRABHADRA JENA:

As soon as I lost my sim card with my mobile ,i had blocked my porting prepaid no.9038388510 by the Airtel customer care.

now I have a new mobile phone.i request to the Airtel store to activate New sim but same number,but the Airtel store replying me that you have to take 3months post paid sim with same number,then it’ll be converted to prepaid.

Why I will take Post paid as my SIM was prepaid?
