This is regarding the Service Request via Reference No. 31-2931736130177. Wrote many emails to nodal, appellate, 121 and also tried calling 121. I get always response from nodal asking to raise a service request. I find no option to raise service request myself from airtel.in or from my airtel app as the 121 customer care unavailable due to covid-19. Some how I got one place related to payment issue where I can raise a complaint that too not custom but categorized. Now Nodal says that is not a relevant SR. Now how shall I raise it, and is it so much important to help a customer with the ongoing problem considering a situation?
Problem I have and requesting help :
I changed/upgraded my plan from the current 799 plan to a new higher 999 plan with 12 months annual payment option. I made the payment with new upgrade plan change request through MyAirtel app as on 22nd April 2020. Payment acknowledgement receipt attached FYR.
I see the payment is reflecting in the MyAirtel app but even after more than 4 days i did not receive either confirmation SMS on plan upgrade change neither it is reflecting in myAirtel app.
Tried calling 121 to speak customer representative but due to lock down that option now not available in IVR.
Appreciate to help resolve this issue on high priority and change the plan with Annual payment already made. I am attaching the payment acknowledgement receipt for your reference.
