Hi,
I am facing internet and call issues since last i port my number from vodafone to airtel. I have plan of 399 in which i get 1.4 gb data daily from which i am able to exhaust only 5-10 mb daily basis because of very poor internet connectivity.
Its really worst at my place.
Also voice breaks frequently in each call recieve because of low network signal strength in my home.
I have already registered my complaint on customer care(198), 20-30 times from my number but no improvement happened till now. Every time they say our team is working have patience but never tell the date upto which date they really rectify the problem.
Should i PORT to some other network now, is this the only solution ???
