I want to convert my postpaid no.into prepaid due to some financial problem. I was gone at Airtel store but they refused to do it.my address is dashmesh colony malout,dist. muktsar , Punjab .Iam fed up by going again and again at airtel store.i am single earning mother.i can’t afford postpaid connection.i have gone at Akash Airtel store. malout Punjab pin code 152107. plz resolve my problem otherwise I have to leave my Airtel connection and have to port in another connection.thanks
