I have used unlimited pack of recharge of rs448. I have been facing lot of data speed issues and it’s very annoying me whenever I see 4g advertising for airtel. I am living in chrompet new colony Chennai.
But here the voice call and especially data network coverage of 4g is very poor am getting only >10kbps downloading speed although am using 4g handset.
It’s very frustrating and wastage of my current plan. I also tried reaching customer care, they said that they are working on this issue.
I don’t know why the advertise fastest internet coverage and am in city and I don’t even get any minimal of speed.
