I have been customer of airtel for 1 year but this past 6 months they are giving very poor connection and i have been complaining against them since then but they are not showing any promises and giving the same excuse, and even there customere care executives dont take you seriously and behave in bad manner and even I told them I will complaint against you, they said do whatever you want, thats the way they talk to there customer.
- This problem when happened, i did an internet recharge but that was goig .to waste and when I asked for refund they rejected it.
- Every time I called them they said they are fixing issues and fixing towers and there is a network connectivity issues, and even when I called them today today said the same thing. They are just repeating the same as thing over and over again.
- I have been having problems in nagpur, mumbai, even pune. I called them from each places and they said the same thing, how can that be possible as they are selling lies. How can it take this 6-8 months time to fix this issue.
- They are selling lies that they are the fastest network but im having network problem since 6 months.
- This company is toally fraud as they only loot there customers and dont even have proper manner to talk to them
