There was an offer on my postpaid number 9872539643, In 399 i can avail 75gb data, unlimited calling , netflix and amazon prime membership as claimed by the airtel company i purchased the offer but I didn’t activated netflix or amazon prime still each month i use to get a bill amount of 400+ then i started getting a bill of 500+ and them from past 2 months i’m getting a bill of 700+ i payed the bill each time without complaining because i barely get a time. I talked to customer care executive about the same she agreed their mistake and waved off extra amount charged to me but still i got a bill amount of 500+ this time. I payed the bill without complaining and today i got message that there is an extra 1172 overdue balance due to which my services will be cut shortly.
These people are taking their clients for granted i need all my money back whatever i’ve paid extra and i want a strict action against them
