this post is regarding the problem we are facing since more than one month on airtel DTH.
We are unable to use the HD CHANNELS even though we are paying for it. the error code B001.
I have been calling costumer care service for the same. the engineers come n fix something but the problem remains the same and everytime we are paying for the visiting charges as well. they promise to send the engineer next day again to fix the problem who never turns up unless we call customer care again and then again the entire problem has to be explained them from the scratch.
there a huge problem with your system in recording the problem and providing us suitable assistance!!!
highly dissapointed and never recommending airtel dth to anyone Airtel India
