Text of Complaint by Aparna Bajpai:

I had applied for new Airtel broadband connection on 8.06.2018 and paid application amount of 500 rs on 9.06.18 though net banking. ( cef no 12048419). till date neither connection is provided nor any intimation given by Airtel.

When i tried calling the executive he is not responding yo my call.

Kindly help and resolve the issue.
