• My name is M.Venkat Sai and I am from Hyderabad .Recently when I moved to vijayawada for study purpose  i purchased a 4g dongle  and inserted a postpaid sim that to my father plan member for clarification of certain doubts and video classes, they had promised me a certain guarantee that the speed will be high comparing to prepaid mobile present using (9618124310)on my father name M.Sreedhar
• But after a couple of days observation is worst and bad performance providing a speed of less than 100kbps
• I had given a complaint on 4 th of September 2018 which did not solve till now
• My postpaid number is 9949913655 purchased on 17 th of August 2018 with hotspot
• My 4g dongle experience is very bad
• My friend had a jio dongle which will provide him min 2 Mbps that makes me feel guilty before them
• Finally i conclude that I m present 300 within radius to vijayawada labibet center which is a main highway passing and busy vijayawada,but still iam not getting proper si glans how can I expect that in villages
• Plz stop giving Fake promises
