Text of Complaint by Souvik Choudhury:

I, Souvik Choudhury, recharged with a plan of Rs. 99 with beneficiaries of 2gb data, unlimited calls and 100 sms per day for 28 days. This offer was activated and system generated sms was also sent to me. But i received only 1gb data.

Today, 25th August 2018, I called the customer complaint helpline to report this issue and Mr. Javed picked up the call. He said that i i ha already used the 2gb data whereas i have’nt and am sure about that, as i am very aware about my data balance and i always check the usage, I asked Mr. Javed( contact no. 9525403300)to say me about the daily data usage and he said that he is not bound to open it up to me and disconnected the call.

Later on he called me up from his personal no. and spoke in a rude language using slamgs and kept on calling me 3-4times till i blocked the no. Personal no. is already mentioned.

This is the last time i am ever going to use airtel. It provides fraud services and the customer executives behaviour are much worse. This is the way airtel airtel provides service to its customers and behaves with them. Thank you.
