As per my various rounds of talk with your customers representative (even on 19/6/20) and via a before mail on 16th. May 2020, I always told to remove all late payments levied plus extra charges billed on my no. 8979732299, of lockdown as i dint had my cards as they were blocked in my work premises.
And had always told this for which I couldn’t pay as also asked your c.c. to send someone for cash collection but no one came. now you people are making benefit out of covid lockdown. As a company you are very unethical and you don’t understand simple language.
So in case you don’t settle this issue within 2 working days this and other issues of charging customer with interest would be brought to the kind knowledge of the telecome ministry how you are looting customers amid these hard times.
Request you to Kindly remove late payment charges plus all other undue billed amounts of all 3 months and send a fresh bill. So I can settle the pending bill. Failing which you are allowing me to take a step ahead.
