It is very sad to state that locality from east jail road,tara babu lane,tharpkhna,ranchi ,jharkhand.we are unable to access the internet after paying huge amount for the connection.even not able to do official work from home.
I am very disappointed from the service.after there are so many of ISP in my locality.i have complained so many time in cc.every time they give the 2 months grace period for the better service.
I am very very disappointed. Please do not lead false for better service.why they are charging me after I am not able access my internet.even I have 4 to 6 connection in my home.
