9199382647 it’s august 26 and I have 2 GB daily limit of internet plan and my complaint is about company charging unnecessarily data without using it.
I call customer care service and ask for details of my data consumption and their response was ridiculous she don’t know what was complain about and letter on when she come to know complain, the information was unsatisfying.
below I posted the my data consumption information that I received from her and its not correct I haven’t use that much but I have been charged, my cell phone is not on automatically update, today no YouTube use and then I have charged just for using Facebook and even I opened only 5 page as per my history and in laptop is open some images and two related site with image for that only they charge 2 GB stating that it’s fast service that’s why they charge a lot and when you go to download the movie it’s takes around 1-2 hours to download 1365Mb of movies.
