My no 9845222877 ,Its been very sad to say that after been a loyal costumer for more then 15 year now airtel services has became so bad,
I have visited to airtel store on 10-04-19 and inform them that i have 3 no of airtel with one parent and 2 child connections after checking records they told me that it can be done but only when I wife visits to store as no was in her name, I was fine with it as its genuine request.
Now again on 12-04-19 i visited with my wife to store token no is B016 and Mr Vijay was there to handle us, I explaining them what i want now they informed me that they cant change all the numbers at one go it have to be done one by one, why airtel thinks we don’t have anything to do and we have whole time in world to just keep running for this small things,
after hearing that i called 12118 costumer care to find solution, now they say that i first have to split all the no then only it can be done, if this was the solution then why the store representative informed me on 10 I could have done that on that day and on 12 all my no would have been converted to prepaid.
I requested both the places that my wife is moving out of town and cant come every time for this small work as store is far from my house, they did not listen to any thing and keep repeating like a robo.
i don’t understand how these companies make us run for all these small things, its was such small request to finish all the work in one day in place of making me and my wife run for 3 -4 times.
