With reference to above this is to inform you that my no. 7388522597 has been blocked without any prior intimation and for no reason. On complaining about this the representative told me that I will have to visit the store for this issue.
It is very difficult for me to go to the store as all the stores in kanpur gets closed by 7:00 or 7:30 pm and I am unable to visit there before this time.
All the nos. given on the site are useless as they never respond.
I am very to say that the company gives door to door services for new connections but when the customer is in need they give such poor services
Kindly arrange to activate my sim card on urgent basis else I’ll be bound to port my old and existing number.
