Hi,
Below is my issue
1) On 3rd July got a wifi Airtel hotspot dongle, with sim number – 9108049394. This is 6 months advanced rental plan for which I paid complete amount of 2832 rupees thru my credit card & got the receipt as well (attached the same)
2) Now in August I started getting calls for the non payment of the exact same amount. I again written a mail to Airtel customer care regarding this, they told amount is not reflected in their accounts & asked me to contact the same 4g store. I went to the store & enquired, they told it might be missed out, we will raise a complaint against this, it will credit in ur account in 2 days, but now almost 4 weeks gone my connection is disconnected & I am still searching where my money went. And AIRTEL is doing regular follow up calls to pay the amount. Enjoying the exclusive post paid services & along with some frustration. 3) After this I contacted their social media team, they also told they will come back with a solution, but never turned up
Now requesting AIRTEL to give me the connection or refund my money… I feels like communicating with a bunch of guys who lives in a parallel world with out knowing or thinking about customers
