This is a very unexpected response from the customer care executive of airtel. Taking me for granted they have declined two of my recharges consecutively asking for 72hours each for the problem. I want to state that the more recharge i make the more troublesome it is being and no actions are being taken by them. Instead they are being rude in the conversation.
I highly urge u to take some legal steps against this problem and help me sort out the above mentioned and contact me back for the same.
