I have been complaining about having been billed twice on the same bill. Have received about 4 calls from different customer care people who admit to have read my email but refuse to understand the content or context. I am reproducing that email below. It is from my email id: s_dorairaj@yahoo.com
I thank you for your mail as a resolution to my query raised and giving me the required details. I also sincerely appreciate your gesture of reversing the late fee of Rs. 118. As per the attachments you have given, I presume that the below table will be the summary of Rs. 695.05 amount shown as payable against cell number 9845900544.

Of the above, you have knocked off Rs. 118 on 02/05/2019, which will appear as credit in the next bill. Please check your records for the payment of bill dated 03/02/2019 of Rs. 507.80, which was paid (online) on 24/2/2019. You have not considered that payment. I am giving below the screenshot of the payment made through my bank. You can trace the payment with the reference ID given.
Request you to credit this payment also in the next bill, as I have paid the overstated amount as reflected in my outstanding (Rs. 1759.41), which includes the amount as per above table (Rs. 695.05). Awaiting your quick response and resolution of the matter.
