Respected sir, my name is Nagendra Kumar I am using Airtel SIM 8861357387 since 8years.I am using for call, internet, net banking, railway tickets and linked aadhar.This number is half part of my life. Suddenly on 26th of June 2018 number was deactivated with message(your incoming and outgoing is temporary suspended)
I went to Airtel office Raichur and asked. They sujjested a SIM swap and charged 25Rs.Updated SIM with my thumb and aadhar. They said use after 4 hrs. I returned to home and inserted SIM next day. It got activated and with same message of being SIM under suspension.
I called CC 198, they told that my details have not been received. They again said to ask Raichur Airtel office. In office they again swap SIM and said to do same. Next day same result. I contacted 198CC again. Mr Amog executive spoke to me and told that SIM was deactivated due to non use from 90 days. I wondered to here the reason.
I am continuously using SIM and recharging it regularly I said the same to executive. But he was not giving positive response to my questions.
Till by date the issue is not resolved. I have recharge all details, there is no way to get disconnected. CCare sujest to go Airtel office and Airtel Office staff suggest CCare. With these two my business is affected due to number disconnect.
