Dear Concern,
After a week he said number is ported to Airtel and it is a pre paid and we can start use it after doing first recharge.
Then we done recharge for three month after three months our out going call got disconnected when we enquired in customer care they said it is not pre paid it is post paid connection and there is outstanding of 478 that needs to be paid to start the outgoing we still went to an out let of Airtel which is situated in Mettupalayam road Thudiyalur and paid 500 even after paying that the outgoing was not activated for about one month.
Then again we have complaint in Airtel social media via twitter they are daily calling me asking to explain me the issue every time I explained the story they are saying that they will come back but no body calls me back with solutions .
So I will again tweet back and again they will call me again same story will continue but no reselution happens. As per the Airtel representative when we recharge post paid connection the recharge will get fail only but we have spent about 1000 rupees to do recharge and every time the recharge was successful and we have shared all the transaction number and snapshot to social media team and they promised they will assign a case manager for my complaint and if those recharges were really happened we will arrange for refund that also not happened.
After that again they collected 149 for pre paid recharge for one month then again they are saying validity is just for 3 days and again out going stopped now totally we have spent 1800 rupees still no use we are brutally cheated.
