SIR,
Three days beforeĀ I had lost my mobile with sim.MY mobile number is 9497894104. then i dialed to the customer care and requested them to block my sim. after that i purchased a new duplicate sim from airtel outlet palakkad. They told me thatĀ with in 4 hour they would activate the sim. The sim is activated but i dont get incoming as well out going. i talked with customer care executives may times but no use. (very bad service )Please reply me as early as possible about the mentioned problem and clear the problem. Thank you for your kind consideration.
