Text of Complaint by Nirupama:

I have a balance in my account by I’m not allowed to call. When 4days back I called the customer care I was told that the message is going to everyone n he has taken my complaint, I confirmed from him there will not be any hindrance in my services, he said I will be able to call. Today I’m not allowed to call with balance In my account. Today when I called customer care they said even if I have in main balance I cannot call n have to recharge. I am very dissatisfied with this.please give me n solution to this.only in case of emergency I make calls.
