this is not the first time i got a unknown call or text. however, in recently i’ve been getting so many unknown calls and whatsapp texts that it i snot only infuriating but also scary.
i am a woman and all the texts i get from are males. that may not be significant. but i can’t help but be bothered by it. i immediately block those people using truecaller but why am i getting them in the first place? just this morning i got a audio text from a person in pakistan (truecaller says so).
i didn’t open the text in fear that it could be a virus or something vulgar. in the past i’ve gotten calls from gujarat, UP, Maharashtra, all of whom don’t give a clear reason as to why they are calling me.. my bank is linked to this number. so i’m also worried about my account safety.
as an airtel customer i expect security and protection of my personal information. i don’t want to change my number since it is linked with all my accounts. but if this goes on, i will be forced to. please look into this issue.
