This third time my mother visited the airtel store to get duplicate sim , but always staff and manager refuse to give sim – sometimes they say adhaar is not updated bring voter id card or get a new postpaid connection of same number .
2nd time
When my mother visited with voter id they said that ,there is some mistake in voter id bring some other I’d proof , then my mother asked for a checklist of I’d proof , he provided us the check list and again said get a postpaid connection on same number but we refused because we don’t want post paid , we want prepaid connection only.
3rd time
Third time my mother and father both visited with all I’d .
Adhaar
Voter id
Canteen smart card (Indian air force)
Bank passbook
I’d card book provided by ministry of defence .
Dependent card
But again he scanned my mother finger on the scanners as per adhaar number all detail were showing in there system but he refuses and again said adhaar is not updated get a postpaid connection.
On providing id card or central govt (india airforce ) like canteen card , discharge book – depend card he replied these are fake we cannot trust of these id .
How can you say fake to defence id where my father serves for 25 years ..and then store manager start speaking rudely with my parents and said we will only provide postpaid sim on these documents other wise bring more documents.
I just want to ask airtel how can you provide postpaid sim on same id and not prepaid sim.
Just take immediately action on airtel store in sant nagar burari delhi -84 and also on staff and specially that manager.
