In furtherance to the earlier complaint on the subject, it is confirmed that Airtel has no idea what has gone wrong and where. Find attached the latest SR which states that issue will be resolved on 23rd…and we are still on 21st. Pathetic.. all the talk of global practise of fastest resolution within 3 working days is a myth.
As a mark of protest will not pay the Dec 16, 2020 bill of Rs.1297/-( for which constant follow up is on shamelessly), till the matter is resolved to my satisfaction.
