Dear team,
My self Apeksha dubey my number 9594799701 services had been disconnected I raise the query so many time but there is no solution given by airtel I have taken a plan of 399 and they always charge me old per my old plan of 649 after my complaint they always given me waiver but never done the change in my actual plan I want solution on this because from last 2 month I m not able to use my services just because of airtel ‘s pathetic service non cooperative customer service staff in the trial mail i have shared waive off letter for rs 1145 and after that they again charge me 649 rental plan and when I raise the issue customer care told me that I will receive call from airtel and after that service is disconnected I have all the recording of customer care and my conversation I m ready to pay the actual amount but will not pay if you people are charging whatever you want to charge after changing a plan long back .
Please check how many times I have fight for the plan change and then they did this waiver .
Please look into this and need a solution on this so I can take my number and move to some other network but I will keep in my that I will take all my corporate accounts too.
Waiting for reply hope airtel will at least take some action and revert mail

concern. hence , Kindly make payment Rs 2400/- of towards your outstanding by 30thMay 2018 good will waiver of Rs. 1145.75/- is applicable on making payment by said date .
