I have made request twice to Airtel for disconnection of No 9650081740 via reference no 82924665 dated 23rd Jan, 2018 and 83747981 dated 27th Feb, 2018 instead they raised bill and i am getting continuous call for credit the amount.
If i have made the request for disconnection and its not done on time why should i be liable for their fee. If the matter would not resolve i would be force to take legal action against Airtel.
