I had problem with broadband and i filed a complaint for the same for the first few days i got few calls from customer support where they confirm about the status and convince me about the resolution but there after no one came for resolution and when i call customer support they keep asking for few days time – neither they are providing and resolution to my problem nor they are telling me if they can even solve it or not.
