I, Anshuman Tewari, S/o Shri Ganga Sagar Tewari, R/o A 48, Sector 19, Noida, made an advanced payment to update broadband plan to an upper level.
INR 2713 was deducted from my bank account and reflected on my Airtel Thanks App.
The plan, however, was not updated. As the plan did not change and was already delayed for several days, I emailed to get a refund of the amount, as the services were not used.
Till date, I have no communication from the company regarding plan update or the refund.
The customer care number 121 loops me in the IVR and never gives an option to speak to anyone on the call.
I am not a rich man and now seeing the level of customer service of such a big group, I would request a refund.
I find this portal useful, if it gets me heard.
