Sir,
I am Dinesh Ram, Chennai.
I got a call from Airtel on 24.10.2018 from 7358506799 requesting to join Airtel from existing mobile vendor. After discussing the plan details (Rs. 399 plan), they assured a person will come to my home for doing all the porting works and Recharge.
The same day a person named Sadham (90924 56663) approached my home and gave details to port two numbers to Airtel. He also said that intial recharge will be done only at the company store and requested for Rs. 800 (rs. 399 for each number) and I gave the same.
In two days, one of my number got ported and I requested saddam to do the recharge for that number. He did the same. The second number took a long time for porting (ported on 15.11.2018 at 12:00 AM) and after it is successfully ported to Airtel, I asked saddam to do the recharge for my second number also.
This time, Saddam (90924 56663) is not answering properly and keeps on avoiding my call for the past 3 days. Whenever I call him from a different number, he picks the call and saying recharge will be done in 30 minutes. But nothing is happening. I suspect he is storing that different mobile number also, as whenever I called him from that new number, he is not picking again.
I want the person to do the proper recharge of Rs. 399 to my mobile number.
