Dear sir/madam
I had made the access payment to Airtel number 8080850060. The payment amount was 15000. I had requested for refund and this is still not done. Airtel customer service is pathetic. I was given a tat of 15 days which has been already gone and I’m still waiting for my refund. When I talked to customer service (manager) he said me to submit the payment proof. I feel this is nothing but a harassment. This is my number and I was the one who made the payment by mistakenly . Why should I submit the payment proof after 20 days!! This is just a bloody way to delay the refund. My EMI is due and I’m without money. I want compensation for each day for my 15000 and want to raise a complaint for this. I also want my amount to be refunded to me within 24 hours as if my EMI get bounced , I will have to pay extra money to my bank as well other benifishries.
