Rs.40 was charged without my acknowledge and consent,and whenever i tried to talk to customer care agent,it says “this number does not exist”
Wtf !!
I am changing my network and i’ll suggest every airtel user to do the same.
Prathap Kupya Airtel is a fraud , they begged to take their connections and sent me wrong bill , they begged to stay and not port out and changed plan , after sometime they changed the plan and doubled my bill , without calling me and giving me time to decide or think , they are a fraud . Vodafone and Jio are giving unlimited roaming and local calls and with gst your bill is 255 . And now they are requesting not to port out . But they are asking me to pay higher bill . Airtel is a fraud
