I’am a resident of Jammu and we are facing this issue from couple of mounths ago. That the airtel company promises to give 4g service and a 4g speed in internet but they are failed to do that. The customers are paying for 4g internet but in return they are getting 2g internet or 2g speed. So the main concern is that we are paying for 4g internet but getting 2g internet which is very frustrating becouse fist of all we are paying for the services which we are not getting and secondly it’s affecting us badly during the pandemic as we are not able access the online classes which is effecting are studies. In a world of 2020 where everything is online we as a resident of Jammu still disconnected with the world having very negligible access to internet because of the services they are providing.
