1. I have a airtel sim my mob no is (9853832802) in the date of 19/10/2018 i regesterd in DND my DND no is(I1724987794) Acording to the rule of TRAI if you registered in DND all promotional calls and sms will not come to your mobile but in airtel this rule is not applicable i did not know why the company is not follwing the government rule everyday all promotional sms come to mobile and iritiate me the sms tell about my sim validity and my offer the sms center is(A$-TFAROT)…but it is very uncomfortable for me..even i contact custmore care for this reason but they refuse it…iam very dissatisfied for this…the company is no longer hear my problem…please i humble request solve my my problem as soon possible…
