I got my prepaid SIM converted into postpaid on 1 may 2019 from Pathankot Airtel office. As they told me my SIM will activate within 24 to 48 hours but my sim was not activated up-to 4 may 2019 .then I called to customer care and they suggested me to go to Leh Airtel Office and then they issued me the new SIM. But that also didn’t work and then I again go to Leh office and again they issued me a new SIM. I spend more than 150 RS to issue the Sims. But in vain and when I reached Punjab my home town Ludhiana I went to the shastri Nagar Airtel store convert my postpaid SIM into prepaid they told me to pay the bill and told me to wait for my billing cycle bill. Even up-to afternoon 27 may 2019 my SIM was not activated and I went to the head office of Airtel on furniture road Ludhiana and I told that my SIM is still not activated and they told me that the request is pending and they start my SIM on 27may 2019 on around 5o clock in the evening. My concern is I didn’t make a single call and I didn’t use the services then why I pay the bill. Plz solve this issue as early as possible.
