Airtel company generating mobile bill again and again inspite closing the number since last three months.

Text of Complaint by Inderjit Singh:

we have a post paid connection of Airtel company with family pack plan for three mobile number i.e. 7536807050, 9779722585 and 8928220226. I visited the Airtel office earlier situated near clock tower, Bibi wala chowk bathinda on 21-06-2021, where I met with come Airtel executive and I asked her to close all three number from Airtel company as out of these three, Two number we were going to ported in JIO and the number 9779722585 was permanently closed. She assured me to do the same. she told me about the remaining payment and I paid the same and she issued me receipt of Rs. 1320/- of dated 21-06-2021. Thereafter she assured me that your all sim will deconsolidate and then you can port two numbers and 9779722585 will close permanently. She also entered all three number in her Airtel company registered. After few days, all numbers could not deconsolidate and I again visited the Airtel Office near Bibi wala chowk and I again repeated all the situation and she again asked me to another remaining payment, which was totally vague. After 2 or 3 hours, I just decided to pay whatever she said, because I wanted to get out from all the mess and I again paid Rs. 1760/- as remaining payment ( as per her version) and she again issued me one receipt of same amount of dated 30-06-2021. Thereafter, two SIMS were deconsolidate and the number 9779722585 was closed as she told me the same.

But after one month of the same, I received an email for generating the bill of number 9779722585 of Rs. 480 ( approximately). I again visited the Airtel main office, situated at Mall Road of Bathinda and where I met another customer executive, Where one Jafleen Kaur told me that your all SIMS were closed and after closing sims your bill is remaining of Rs. 157/- and after that you will not receive any mail for the same. I again agreed and I paid the same. SHe again issued me receipt of Rs. 157.

But again on 01-09-2021 I received another mail from Airtel that my bill is again generated for the number of 9779722585, i again visited the Airtel office and where I again had talk almost of 2 hours with customer executives and this time I was really fed up and then one another girl said, she had registered a complaint and I will receive a call from Airtel and you can tell all thematter to Airtel and then your sim will permanently closed. But neither i received a call from Aitel nor my number 9779722585 is permanently closed and my bill is still generating without any consent. even tough I asked them to close the same permanently. I am just fed up with all the situation. I am stressed to see this service. My precious time is also wasting to visit Airtel office again and again. Kindly look into this matter and kindly find the Airtel to harassing me again and again and compensate me accordingly.
I am uploading two receipts of payment, which I had paid.
