After Disconnecting the Broadband service and opting for a different broadband connection, Airtel did fraudulent by activating safe custody and generating a bill of 1140 Rs. against the same internet connection in the month of Aug’21 for the connection that was confirmed to be deactivated on 5th July under service request number 133489568.
