Hi Team,

This to highlight you airtel company doing big fraud with Customer

Complaint—

1. On 121, 198 there are no option to connect with representative for any type of help

2. Whenever I escalated they always gave me fake commitment that they will call me on my preferred time but not calling me.

3. Daily airtel twitter team harassing me by giving fake commitment.

I am literally tired with airtel service such a pathetic service I have never seen in my life

This is a request you guys do the necessary action on airtel company , do the needful for all airtel customer.
