Poor airtel expertises..Broadband not working or Router problem..This is regarding complaint no.10035587206 and other 5 tickets but no resolutions

Your supervisor Prabhat (+91 8448-194743 )resolving tickets without doing home visit and not giving any resolution, why? On call they say, Change all 10 mobile devices.. is it what we expect from airtel?
Arvind from airtel told us that there is a problem with router and it’s not changed yet
Can you please tell me how many days and more tickets to be needed to get the issue resolved?
It looks like airtel has not good expertise to fix the issue. If you cannot fix then plz disconnect the fibre broadband as it is useless for us.
