I am facing internet speed on my no. 8655290965, Can’t see videos on youtube at 240p when I tried to register a complaint about the concern on airtel thanks app it is showing that my device is not set on 4G network which is wrong, I have set my network settings on 4G volt-E
Then I tried on customer care no. 121
there the key for file complaints about internet speed is to “press 3” and when I press 3 to register complaint it is just ignored and the IVR instructions moved further to press 4 for other service . So I want the say that this company is just doing loot of out society they are claiming in an advertisement which is running on tv that they will listen ever complaint of their customers, My foot they just fooling to the people they charge for 4G service half the time their network not available and if available then it is worst than 2G speed.
So please stop cheating the customer by making false promise
