Dear sir,
As per the TRAI notification ,costumer can chose the channel ,and pay the money for only costumer chose channel .But on the month of june i pay 482 ,instud of 458..40
and they are automatically (without any prior information) changing on another package amount is 738
from airtel side add the new package it is airtel bundle so my question is airtel can overcome or
over wright TRAI rules? When i contact the customer service agent ,they told me i recharge 482 that is the reason. some particular amount costumers recharge then it is automatic goes to another package “This sentence costumer service agent told me ” if i recharge any amount which i like (may be it is 500,550,or 1000),some particular amount costumers recharge then it is automatic goes to another package, if they(airtel) are setting like this in the system then they should inform public by India’s leading newspaper.
