I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs299 with 2gb/day pack where I didn’t even turned on my data ,suddenly few seconds after recharge my balance was 1.65gb and 350mb was gone , didn’t turned on data, I checked tye balance in other phone by airtel thanks app , cheating company airtel , my another airtel number also faces same problem in data usage where I use only 350 to 400mb but 50% data complete message pops up.happens most of the time, spoke with more customer support persons no use, have to change network.Fraud organization airtel, no technical support and worst customer service. Cheaters taking people’s money.
