Airtel has sudently changed its policy without any prior notice, and now is charging more to retain minimum plan.
The validity plan I used was RC48 that provided 3GB internet with 1 month validity which was my only need.
But now they Discontinued RC 48 and RC49 recharge without any prior notice and forcefully asking me to recharge with Rs 79. to maintain my outgoing service,
But this plan dosnot meets my requirement So I tried to port out of airtel, they are not allowing me to send port message, though I have 10 days outgoing validity and Rs16.38 main balance and 26.33 as secondary balance.
On calling Customer care they are forcefully asking me to recharge with any unlimited pack to avail SMS facility
please help me, so that I can port out or please report this to TRAI, so that they can produce a solution.
